General Inquiries
The Conversation Starts Here
What to Expect
A note here reaches the Drummond family directly, not a queue, not a sales team, and not a chain of intermediaries. Most inquiries get a response within a day or two, often from Pierce or Gordon, and that first reply tends to be a short conversation rather than a pitch. There is no obligation, no pressure to have a project defined, and no expectation that a build will follow. Some inquiries become projects months or years later. Some become long conversations about a piece of land. Others are simply someone curious about how an Auto Floor works, or whether a hillside lot can hold a pool at all. All of them are welcome, and all of them get the same care.
For projects already in motion, a few details about the property, the home, and what you have in mind go a long way toward shaping the first conversation. For everything else, a sentence or two is plenty. The rest comes out as the conversation takes its shape.
